Sisters, brothers and friends,

The time is now for us to declare our candidacy for union leadership as a slate of effective and tireless advocates for Minnesota’s public sector workers. We are the Brian Aldes Teamsters Local 320 Unity Slate.

This is our slate, and we promise to continue the successful advocacy we have demonstrated for members of this proud union.

We have direct experience in corrections and law enforcement; public defense and the courts; public works and higher education; together we have negotiated countless labor contracts and many from other public jurisdictions such as school districts, social services, and several more. We are a diverse slate for a diverse union. 

We do not take our candidacies lightly. We understand that leading our union is a privilege and an awesome responsibility. We will always provide the level of service and representation Local 320 members count on and deserve.

Make no mistake; there are anti-union politicians, think-tanks, and media personalities who wish to divide us. There are internal as well as external threats we must face to keep our union strong. However, we will never let any of those threats fog our mission. We will not let your services suffer!
